*All orders are shipped by Ground method standard but we also offer faster options if you contact us. (Does NOT ship on weekends or holidays!). We cannot accept PO boxes or an APO. Shipments are made to all 50 states (CA,HI, AK might include additional fees). Most items will ship within 24-48 hours (this does not include weekends or holidays). During Covid ship times are delayed and expedited shipments are non-refundable (per UPS/Fedex). Some products can take up tp 16+ weeks to ship and most customizable orders will have lead times.

-Qualifying items receive Free Shipping on orders over $200! Qualifying orders for Free Shipping are shipped via ground delivery. Free Shipping is only applicable to the continental United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. 1. Custom Tuning, EFI Live Products (Flashscans, Autocals, VIN Licenses) or products used with EFI Live (switches) are NON-REFUNDABLE. EFI Live specific products like Flashscans, or Autocals, are covered by a warranty from EFI Live.

3. Injected Motorsports, is not responsible for any damages that may occur using products sold.
4. All returns must be in new condition, in original packaging and have not been installed. Will not accept returns after 30 days unless specified by said manufacturer.
5. Any item(s) returned after will be subject to at least a 10%+ restocking fee and return shipping will be on the customer unless otherwise stated.

To ensure your satisfaction, we permit our customers to return items purchased from Injected Motorsports, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below.
30 Day Return Period (some exclusions may apply)
No returns on custom tuning, powdercoating, shipping, or anything deemed custom (this is up to our discretion)
You may return an item purchased from Injected Motorsports for any reason up to 30 days from the original Invoice date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new” condition. Return Merchandise Authorization
To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”) number. To obtain an RMA number, please call (888) 646-5328, ext. 1 to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives and provide them with the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy. RMA numbers will only be issued to current customers.
items returned to Injected Motorsports without a valid RMA number will not be processed. Injected Motorsports will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.
All returns will be subject to a minimum 15%+ restocking fee, in addition to the manufacturer's fee. *(rates vary depending on items and manufacturers)

*Return Shipping Procedures - Customer's will be responsible for ALL return shipping unless otherwise noted.
* Paypal updated their terms and conditions in 2019 which state no fee's will be refunded even if its cancellations. Therefore if an item is purchased using paypal and it has to be cancelled/refunded for any reason its up to our discretion to not refund the fee's applied to the order since Paypal will not return them to the seller.
